Basic Steps for a Successful Purchase

1.      Choose a REALTOR® licensed with East-West Realty.  Get PREQUALIFIED before
looking for that special home.  The faster you can have funds available, the more negotiating
power you have to use.  Consult your agent for trusted companies.
2.Make an offer!  Most sellers are willing to negotiate in order to get something that is acceptable
to both parties.  There are many ways to structure a Purchase Agreement.  A good idea for
first-time home buyers is to have the Sellers pay for closing costs.  Consult your agent for
               advice.
3.        Don't rush! Closings take time to put all the pieces together.  Make sure you know where your
money will be going at the closing.
4.       Hire a Home Inspector.  New and existing homes should be inspected by a professional.  You
have the option to get your future home inspected by a qualified professional.  Consult your
agent for a list of trusted companies.
5.        Compare Title Companies and Closing Costs.  Hundreds of dollars can potentially be saved
here.  Remember to consult your agent with questions and for trusted companies.
6.Communicate with your REALTOR®.  This is one of the biggest purchases of your life.  Trust
the people who do this everyday.  Your agent is your life line to your home purchase.
If you  have a question, ask! If you have a problem don't sign anything until YOU are satisfied                             with an answer.  Communicate with your agent.  They are on YOUR side!
